Not a problem. Resilient & Restored was designed for women at every stage of their journey. Each lesson builds gradually, using practical psychology and simple mindfulness practices that are easy to incorporate into everyday life.

How much time should I expect to spend each week?

Most members spend about 30–60 minutes each week engaging with the lesson, reflection, and workbook. There is no pressure to do everything perfectly. This isn't one more thing to accomplish—it's an opportunity to slow down and invest in yourself.

Is this therapy?

No. Resilient & Restored is an educational membership grounded in psychology, mindfulness, and self-reflection. It is not a substitute for individual psychotherapy or mental health treatment..

What if I can't attend the live monthly meeting?
